Who is responsible
Mannequin Forge is the website brand of 天赐展示有限公司, the business responsible for handling enquiries. Registered address (as supplied in Chinese): 广州市白云区人和镇凤和村应湖南街22巷5号. Privacy enquiries: TroyCCht@gmail.com. Mannequin Forge is a brand, not a separate English legal company name.
Information you provide
Our quotation and project forms request your contact name, company, email, country or delivery destination, estimated quantity and project requirements. You may also provide purchase volumes, a target price, reference availability or a desired timeline. Required fields are marked. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material. We keep the enquiry, its receipt reference and the business team’s follow-up notes.
How we use your enquiry
We use the details you choose to share to review feasibility, discuss samples and quotations, respond to your request and manage the resulting business conversation. The form asks you to agree to this use before submission. Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you can withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Processing needed to respond to a requested quotation or fulfil an agreement may also be necessary for pre-contractual or contractual steps. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.
Hosting, access and international processing
The website is hosted by Netlify. Its delivery network may process requests in more than one country; application functions currently run in the United States. Supabase provides the database, administrator authentication and initial file storage in the US East (Ohio) region. Our authorised business team operates in China. Your enquiry may therefore be processed outside your country. Access to customer records is restricted to authorised administrators. Contact us for information about the transfer arrangements and safeguards applicable to your request. Optional analytics, advertising integrations and automated outbound email notifications are not enabled in this release.
Retention and deletion
Our business retention policy is a 24-month period for enquiry information, followed by review and deletion when it is no longer needed. Records required for a continuing transaction, a dispute or a legal obligation may need to be retained longer. Contact TroyCCht@gmail.com to request deletion or ask about an active enquiry. The policy does not imply that automated deletion is already operating: requests and retention reviews are handled by the business team. Backup copies expire under the provider’s backup retention schedule; a deletion from the active database does not instantly remove every backup copy.
Cookies and storage in your browser
Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. Password-protected acceptance versions also use an access cookie. If you save a quotation draft or a product shortlist, this website stores it in your browser; your form draft may contain the contact details and brief you entered. Browser session storage also keeps a submission identifier for safe retries and selections passed from the Showroom. These features are not administrator permissions. Avoid saving drafts on a shared device; you can remove this website’s saved data in your browser settings. No advertising or optional analytics cookies are enabled.
Your requests and choices
Email TroyCCht@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw applicable consent or raise a privacy concern. Include your enquiry reference when available, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless a proportionate verification process has been agreed. We will check the request and any necessary identity information before disclosing customer records. Applicable privacy law may also provide rights to restriction, objection or portability, and a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Files and contact links
Online customer file upload is temporarily unavailable while the required cloud scanning service is not operational. Please submit your enquiry without files. Do not send confidential drawings through the form. WhatsApp and email links open services you choose to use; those providers apply their own privacy terms. Mention your enquiry reference when arranging a suitable way to share files.

We will update it before enabling materially different data uses, optional analytics or customer file uploads.
